Residential Lot Standards Review

City to Consider Amendments to Residential Lot Standards (Setbacks, Lot Depth…) 

The City is currently reviewing lot standards such as required setbacks from property lines and minimum required lot depth.  The review is especially related to setbacks for decks and lot standards from the external streets adjoining a neighborhood.  The discussion will predominantly pertain to urban/suburban lots served by city sewer and water, including the following zoning districts:  R1, R2, UR, and SR.
