If you are interested in a peddler, solicitor, or transient merchant permit, the first step is to read Chapter 640 of the Medina City Code related to these permits.
The second step is to fill out the City of Medina’s Peddler, Solicitor, Transient Merchant Permit Application and return it to City Hall between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (closed on holidays). Please review the instructions to the applicant carefully before returning to make sure your application is complete and you understand the process.
Transient merchants must also submit a site plan that meets the temporary outdoor sales ordinance. Please review the Temporary Outdoor Sales Event Checklist.
