Medina Police Department
The Medina Police Department consists of the Director of Public Safety, two Sergeants, seven Patrol Officers, two Investigators, two Administrative Assistants, two Community Service Officers, and five Reserve Officers. The Police Department provides 24-hour coverage to the City of Medina, and we also contract with the City of Loretto.
The Police Department provides a variety of crime prevention and safety programs for citizens and businesses.
Mission Statement
Our mission in the Medina Police Department is to ensure the safety of the citizens of Medina through the enforcement of the laws of the United States of America, the State of Minnesota and the ordinances of Medina. Further, it is our mission to treat all people with the utmost respect and dignity in every situation. We will perform our duties in a professional and ethical manner, which will bring pride in the service we provide.
