Lunski Preliminary Plat, Rezoning, Site Plan Review

Lunski, Inc. has applied for approvals for a development of 90 units of mixed senior housing, 24,767 s.f. of office, and 4,100 s.f. commercial north of Highway 55 and west of Mohawk Drive.  The Planning Commission held a public hearing at the July 11 Planning Commission meeting.  The Commission tabled the request in order to allow the applicant to update plans to meet comments from the Elm Creek Watershed and City Engineer.
